What to Expect When Interviewing

The interviewing process at Amazon is quite long. After an online application, the applicant is called for a phone interview. The interview is quite technical as the company mostly deals in online transactions. The phone interviews can be as many as three. The face interview comes later and is usually much simpler than the phone interview. The employers are laid back and understanding as they strive to get a connection with the applicant.
