What to Expect When Interviewing

The majority of interviewed applicants report a positive experience; half of whom applied online. After making your application, most likely, a recruiter will email you to schedule a phone interview. This 20-30 minute interview consists of general questions and background information about the position. From there, your resume progresses to the hiring manager, and, a few days later, you will receive another email from a recruiter to schedule a face-to-face encounter. A six-member panel will ask general questions during a 30-minute period. Be prepared to fit into a three hour window, probably 9 a. m. to 12 p. m.
