What to Expect When Interviewing
The hiring process has been described by former and current employees as _intense._ Those wanting to work for the company must first put in an application and resume online for review. After this, prospective employees are subject to at least 4 different interviews, a written test (sometimes), and a drug test. Some employees can also be asked to do hair follicle testing and results can take upwards of 3 weeks to be sent back to Frito Lay; the entire process can take as much as 2 months before a prospective employee is officially hired. After official hiring an employee enters a sort of test mode where they are trained and then evaluated as to whether they are a good fit to the job they were hired for.
