The majority of applicants applied online and slightly more than half of them reported a positive experience. There is no indication that applying in person will be any different. The process from application to job offer takes about a month. The phone interview is first, followed by two on-site encounters; the first is with a branch manager, the second with a zone manager. They will be time consuming, but fairly simple, no trick questions. You are likely to address questions justifying your interest in the company and how you can be an asset.
