Nobel Learning Communities is a private network of over 180 national private schools, and the education offered goes from preschool to 8th grade. Each school employs highly skilled, passionate and educated professionals, allowing children to receive excellent private school educations. Nobel also provides a Links to Learning program that allows parents to follow along with the curriculum that their children are learning from on a daily basis. This confidence in their curriculum allows parents the opportunity to see for themselves that Nobel offers a robust and challenging curriculum that enhances any child's ability to learn. Nobel even has a few schools that extend into the high school years, giving parents the choice of letting their children experience a complete Nobel education from preschool through high school. Summer camps are also offered by Nobel so children can have exciting summers as they continue their educational journey.
The overwhelming majority of Nobel's applicants had a neutral experience, and most of these applicants applied online, with the rest applying in person, through campus recruiting or through employee referral. The interview process is described by most as very easy. Even better, some applicants report a one day turnaround time between submitting the job application and receiving an interview and offer. Others had the opposite experience, with a hiring process that took months, but they echoed the sentiment that the questions were fair and the interviewers were engaging and professional. Be prepared to answer personal questions about where you see yourself in five years as well as questions about your teaching style.
