What to Expect When Interviewing
The majority of applicants interviewed applied online and most had a positive experience. After application submission, you can expect to take a personality assessment before a phone interview. These question are basic and ask about your interest in the company, previous experience, and qualifications for the available position(s). Directly after the phone interview, the personal interview usually follows. Questions are STAR based. The entire process should take 3 weeks to a month to complete. There is no mention of a drug test or background check. You are advised to brush up on STAR questions and methods.

Cashier

Overnight Replenishment Associate
