RadioShack is a chain of electronics retail stores that was founded in 1921 by Theodore and Milton Deutschmann, who were brothers. In addition to a single retail location, RadioShack also had a mail order division. In 1962, after falling on hard times, RadioShack was purchased by the Tandy Corporation. In 1977, RadioShack introduced on of the world's first commercially produced personal computers, the TRS-80. Today, there are more than 7000 RadioShack locations worldwide.
What to Expect When Interviewing
The majority of applicants that interview for a position at RadioShack report a positive interview experience. Cashier
Cashiers must keep the customer at the center of all that they do. Cashiers must run fast and efficient cashier operations with friendly customer service. Cashiers also need to be knowledgeable about the store, its merchandise and services offered.
Overnight Replenishment Associate
Job responsibilities require that Associates replenish and relocate merchandise both on and off of the sales floor. Organize and maintain areas of the stockroom according to Kmart policy, and process inbound and outbound freight. Due to the late hours, applicants will need to consistently be available for overtime shifts for this position.
Loss Prevention Associate
