What to Expect When Interviewing
The Vast majority of potential employees at Save A Lot report a positive experience. The process begins by filling out an online application. Following submission of your application, a representative of the company will call you for a phone interview. The next stage is an online test which deals with such topics as scheduling, profit margins and other general business skills. Assuming you pass their test, a representative will contact you to arrange a store tour. During the store tour, a manager will tell you the basic expectations of the job as well as answer any questions that you may have. After the tour, their is a sit down interview with the district managers. Overnight Replenishment Associate
Job responsibilities require that Associates replenish and relocate merchandise both on and off of the sales floor.
