T. J. Maxx was founded in 1976 in Framingham, Massachusetts as part of the Zayre chain of discount department stores. After the Zayre name was sold to Ames, the company was rebranded TJX Companies. Offering clothing, shoes, housewares, books and jewelry, TJ Maxx undercuts traditional department stores with its closeout prices. Operating over 900 stores throughout the Unites States and Puerto Rico as T.J. Maxx, the company also has locations in Great Britain, Germany and Poland called T.K. Maxx.

Cashier
Cashiers must keep the customer at the center of all that they do. Cashiers must run fast and efficient cashier operations with friendly customer service. Cashiers also need to be knowledgeable about the store, its merchandise and services offered.
Overnight Replenishment Associate
Job responsibilities require that Associates replenish and relocate merchandise both on and off of the sales floor. Organize and maintain areas of the stockroom according to Kmart policy, and process inbound and outbound freight.
